About the Hillcrest Foundation
Our mission is to inspire investment in the quality of life for our residents. This is accomplished by providing financial support for innovative care, programs, and services.
We are dedicated to fostering dignity, comfort, and well-being, ensuring that each resident receives compassionate, personalized care in a nurturing environment. Through community involvement and generosity, we aim to create a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.
Knowledgeable, experienced leadership from our Hillcrest Foundation Board allows Hillcrest Nursing Home to look confidently toward the future, carefully balancing funding decisions and priorities against sustaining a viable endowment. This in turn helps Hillcrest Nursing Home operate self-sufficiently, rather than depend on county or city taxes.
About Hillcrest Nursing Home
Hillcrest Nursing Home has cared for generations of Nebraskans from miles around. Our entire region depends on Hillcrest for skilled nursing, assisted living and quality childcare.
The facility opened in 1963 with just 23 rooms. Through the years, Hillcrest has undergone several renovations and additions. The nursing home is a 100-bed dual-certified Medicare/Medicaid Skilled Care facility with over 120 dedicated employees. Services range from assisted living, Alzheimer care, skilled nursing, heavy care unit and rehabilitation care.
