What We Do...
Since 1989, the goal of the Hillcrest Nursing Home Foundation has been to enhance delivery of needed services to the generations of families in our southwest Nebraska area. This goal is accomplished through careful stewardship of the donations, memorials and endowments from our generous donors along with community partnerships. This enables the Foundation to help provide a safe and supportive environment for those family members needing specialized care with dignity and respect.
Assisted living, long-term care, a special care unit for Alzheimer’s patients, skilled nursing care, rehabilitative care and providing space for a childcare center are among the range of services provided at Hillcrest. As a county operated facility, Hillcrest genuinely reflects the core values of our region. "A Caring Center" is not merely an expression - it is truly our family caring for your family when special care is needed.
The Foundation's focus, then, is to support and sustain Hillcrest Nursing Home now and for the future. Contributions to the Hillcrest Nursing Home Foundation directly support enhancements to the facility, tuition assistance and support for staff, and vital assistance in assuring a high quality of life for residents who are entrusted to Hillcrest for their care.
